The History Of Virginia Beach Beacon Baptist Church
On August 21, 2005 there was a marriage of two good churches to form a great church for Jesus. For those of us that were here on that day we saw a miracle that only God could do as He married the congregations of Virginia Beach Baptist Church and Beacon Baptist into what is today Virginia Beach Beacon Baptist Church. We are affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention, the Southern Baptist Conservatives of Virginia, and the Norfolk Baptist Association. Our vision is to build a body of believers in this area of Virginia Beach and to reach the lost and hurting of lost. Our marching orders come from Jesus Christ in the parable of the lost sheep. Though many may be members of Virginia Beach Beacon Baptist Church we will continue to take the Message of the Cross to our community until all have heard.
